Payroll & Benefits Specialist - Permanent - London - Hybrid - up to £70,000 per annum


Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusivly partnered with a financial services firm in London, looking for an Payroll & Benefits Specialist, on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for the UK & international BAU payrolls, and is on a hybrid basis, based in their central London office.


The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

  • Manage end to end daily payroll tasks and year-end activities, for UK & International payrolls.
  • Perform payroll transactions such as data entry, mass uploads, and payroll processing.
  • Review, analyse, and reconcile payroll related data in accordance with established timelines, standards, and procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors.
  • Keeping up with legislative changes and ensure the vendors adhere to the updates.
  • Use great attention to detail to identify any payment or data errors.
  • Escalate issues as appropriate to ensure quality service levels.
  • Key responsibilities include maintaining company-wide communications, managing platform campaigns, and ensuring appropriate reviews and approvals are secured for the rollout of any new benefit
  • This role will be responsible for staying informed on updates to employment laws, tax regulations, and benefits policies, ensuring compliance with the latest legal and market standards



Key Skills
