Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management
    • Lead end-to-end payroll across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness.
    • Oversee our Employer of Record (EOR) payroll and vendor relationships.
    • Safeguard data integrity and confidentiality, ensuring payroll is right first time.
    • Partner closely with Finance and People teams to streamline processes and drive automation.
    • Lead payroll-related projects, from transformation, system improvements, to acquisitions and integrations.
    • Provide clear insights and analytics on payroll trends, costs, and workforce metrics.
    • Strengthen internal controls, support audit and reporting compliance.
  • Benefits Management
    • Own the design, delivery, and optimisation of employee benefits across our global footprint.
    • Partner with brokers and vendors to ensure our offerings stay competitive and cost-effective.
    • Lead annual renewals and open enrolment processes.
    • Analyse utilisation, costs and feedback to evolve our benefits strategy.
    • Keep us compliant with local legislation and ahead of market trends.
Qualifications

In terms of technical skills for the Payroll & Benefits Manager role, you ideally bring:
  • Proven experience managing payrolls across multiple countries, including vendor management and compliance (ideally across Europe and North America).
  • Strong knowledge of global benefits administration (ideally across Europe and North America).
  • Confidence working with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Sharp analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach - you don’t just spot problems, you fix them.
  • Professional payroll certification (e.g. CIPP, CPP) is a plus.
