Join The Air Ambulance Service as our Payroll, Benefits & Systems Officer, and help power the lifesaving missions of our frontline teams, from Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) to the vital journeys of our Children’s Air Ambulance.

About The Role:
As our Payroll, Benefits & Systems Officer, you’ll play a pivotal part in delivering timely and accurate payroll processes, managing benefits administration, and maintaining our HRIS to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with our people and culture team, and our external payroll providers to ensure everything runs smoothly and compliantly.
