The Football Association is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Administrator to deliver accurate, on-time payroll processing and a seamless benefits experience for our employees.
Based in the United Kingdom, you will handle end-to-end payroll for up to 500 staff using Workday, administer pension schemes, ensure compliance with HMRC, GDPR and internal policies, and act as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits queries within the FA Council teams.

As our Payroll and Benefits Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while delivering a seamless benefits experience. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you'll provide a high-quality service, support employee wellbeing, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
This role is advertised as a fixed term contract for up to a period of 12 months.

Currently, we are working within a hybrid working model whereby the expectation is to work from your contractual location for part of the week, and as and when required by the team. The remaining days can be worked remotely. We will continue to monitor this model, and it may be adjusted in future if deemed necessary.
