Your new company


My client is seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant to oversee and manage payroll operations for our organisation. This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies, and a thorough understanding of payroll legislation and procedures.

Your new role

  • Oversee and manage the payroll process for all employees
  • Accurately calculate wages, deductions, overtime, and bonuses
  • Process weekly and monthly payroll cycles in a timely manner
  • Ensure full compliance with UK tax regulations and internal policies
  • Prepare and submit statutory payroll tax reports and filings
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data updates
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries efficiently
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy


This role is full-time (37.5 hours) per week in the office, with on-site parking and canteen within a friendly, supportive environment,
