The programme includes a fully funded Level 3 Payroll Administrator Apprenticeship, hands-on training, and the chance to develop Excel and payroll expertise within a friendly automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or equivalent.
• No university degree required per eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll from start to finish for all staff.
• Answer payroll-related questions from employees.
• Utilise Workday for payroll processing and data management.
• Develop Excel skills as part of the role.
• Understand tax, National Insurance, pensions, and payslip components.
