Along with this you will be our HR systems specialist making improvements to our processes, ways of working and our main HR system (UKG provided by Kronos)

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Creating and improving the payroll processes, policies and best practices for both new and existing squad members. Taking our payroll to the next level!
  • Onboarding new joiners, welcoming them in Induction and taking them through what to expect in terms of payroll and benefits.
  • Supporting the wider People team with key projects, day to day activities and administration.
  • Ensure that all benefits programs and statutory entitlements are implemented and maintained in accordance with our legal requirements.
  • Review Working Time Directive and escalate areas of concern. Championing why the legislation is in place and how people leaders can uphold it.
  • Taking the lead in data focussed projects such as the Gender Pay Gap.

This role will report into the People Manager.
