Job summary

Bright Futures Educational Trust is seeking an experienced Payroll & Pensions Officer to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and pensions administration across our Trust. This role requires meticulous data handling and the ability to maintain confidentiality while supporting colleagues across our growing organisation.

• Responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll and pensions administration across the Trust.
• Work with People and Finance teams, payroll provider and pension schemes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to safeguarding and staff welfare through accurate payroll data and related processes.

About the Role

As Payroll & Pensions Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of payroll and pensions administration for colleagues across the Trust. Working closely with our People and Finance teams, payroll provider and pension schemes, you will ensure employees are paid correctly, statutory obligations are met, and payroll and pensions processes continue to develop and improve.
