Job description

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role as a HR and Payroll Administrator within Health and Social Care sector? If so, SCA is looking for a dynamic individual who can take the lead on HR and Payroll Administration to support our HR and Payroll teams within the organisation.

What will I be doing?

This position will be well suited to an individual with a strong administrative background and is passionate about delivering great customer experience to both internal and external stakeholders. The postholder will support with the Organisation's payroll activities for hourly and salaried employees, contact stakeholders and provide varied administrative support to both our HR and Payroll teams.

We're a collaborative and supportive team, so we're looking for someone who not only works well with others, but also brings a flexible "all hands on deck" approach to stepping in and supporting, whenever and wherever needed.

What will I need?

This opportunity will suit a competent, organised HR/ Payroll professional with the following experience:

  • Have relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the health and social care and/or charitable sectors.
  • Willing to undertake HR and Payroll administration
  • be proficient in the use of excel spreadsheets
  • Experience of working with an integrated HR and Payroll system

If you are right for this role we will offer you:

  • A salary of circa £25,000 - £26,500, dependent upon experience, based on 37.5 hours per week, part time hours considered but must be at least 3 days a week.
  • 25 days’ annual leave entitlement – excluding bank holidays
