Job description

A client of ours in the Great Dunmow area is looking to recruit a Payroll and Finance Admin to join their growing finance team. This is a full–time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, offering a salary of up to 33,000 per annum depending on experience.

Your key duties in this Payroll and Finance Admin role will include:

  • Assisting with payroll processing for approximately 130 employees
  • Supporting with pension enrolments, statutory payments, and HMRC submissions
  • Managing employee records including starters and leavers
  • Processing purchase and sales invoices, staff expenses, and payments
  • Reconciling bank transactions and maintaining control accounts

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in payroll and general finance administration
  • Working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts (Sage Payroll a bonus)
  • Confident Excel and bookkeeping skills
  • Strong communication, accuracy, and organisational abilities
