Payroll and Benefits Consultant - Central London - Hybrid - 6 month contract - £500 p/d
A highly successful global business based in Central London is looking for an experienced Payroll and Benefits Consultant to join them on a 6-month contract. This role involves a transformation project to support the HR Director in shaping the Payroll, Compensation, and Rewards functions and systems.
As part of the wider HR team, you will conduct a gap analysis on payroll systems and processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that are fit for purpose.
The ideal candidate will be a Payroll expert with experience in international payroll and benefits. You should have experience with global payroll processing and payroll systems, and be confident in reviewing and improving processes.
The day rate for this role is up to £500 p/d, depending on experience.
