We are seeking a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator responsible for working with external outsourced payroll vendors to support the accurate and timely delivery of payroll and benefit services for the UK, European, and expat/shadow payrolls.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supporting the delivery of UK, European, and expat/shadow payrolls with external vendors.
  2. Maintaining standard payroll processes and operating procedures in line with vendor delivery.
  3. Supporting audit and compliance activities related to payroll.
  4. Managing escalated payroll and benefit queries via MyHR Tier1 and 2, working with external vendors as needed.
  5. Collaborating with HR Services to support payroll delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
  6. Processing benefits transactions and administration across UK and European payrolls.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and data presentation.
  • Experience in managed service payroll delivery.
  • Knowledge of UK payroll processing and benefits processing.
  • Previous experience in payroll and benefits roles or environments.
  • Ability to advise and coordinate payroll and benefits activities.
  • Experience working in large, global organizations.
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and customer focus.
