Position: EMEA Payroll Analyst

Working within the payroll team as part of the Finance department.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong payroll background, minimum 5 years, who can demonstrate a high level of payroll experience in the UK and preferably other countries.
The payroll team is responsible for gathering and collating information from other departments, processing complex payroll items including RSUs and Stocks. Once reconciled, the team communicates accurate, compliant instructions to third-party bureaus to ensure timely processing of multiple payrolls (circa 27 countries and 2700+ employees) for the EMEA region.
The successful candidate must be professional and confident in working with individuals at all levels of the organization, external vendors, and customers.
You will be required to perform under tight deadlines, maintain confidentiality with sensitive information, and demonstrate an ability to build and maintain relationships along with solid written and oral communication skills.
