The Atomic Weapons Establishment in Reading is hiring a Payroll Analyst to ensure timely and accurate payments to staff and pensioners, while maintaining compliance with company and statutory requirements. As a Payroll Analyst, your be responsible for the provision of an efficient and effective payroll service ensuring customers (staff and pensioners) are paid accurately and on time in accordance with company and statutory regulations. To maintain and input payroll information in an accurate and timely manner.
Experience of using best practice financial management processes, tools and techniques. Experience on complex payroll systems. Minimum of four years of Payroll Experience, Use of Workday business system would be beneficial. Proficient in MS Office. Working in a fast-paced payroll environment. Organising and prioritisation of tasks. Coaching and development of team.
