Glasgow | £29k - £34.8k per annum (dependent on skills and qualifications)

Fulltime | Office based until training complete, then 2/3 days hybrid

We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to process monthly payroll data for all employees, ensuring compliance with company codes. You'll review, balance, and validate payrolls, while managing all payroll accounting functions.

1. Accurately collect and input payroll data from various sources.
2. Ensure all payroll data is correct and compliant with company policies and regulations.
3. Execute the payroll process, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
4. Distribute payroll costs appropriately across departments and projects.
5. Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
6. Ensure timely and accurate payments to tax authorities.
7. Initiate and manage payroll-related requests and processes.
8. Review and approve payroll transactions and adjustments.
9. Oversee payroll general ledger accounts and perform regular reconciliations.
10. Process and reimburse employee expenses in accordance with company policies.

1. Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst or in a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant regulations.
3. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
7. Payroll qualification.
