Job Description

• Lead and manage the payroll team to ensure efficient processing of payrolls.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payrolls.
• Manage the monthly and annual reporting of payroll-related figures.
• Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary payroll-related information.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll-related queries.
• Continually improve payroll processes and systems.
• Support other accounting and finance tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Advisor should have:

• A relevant educational background in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in managing and executing payroll processes.
• A solid understanding of payroll systems and regulations.
• Strong leadership skills and an ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
