Payroll Advisor - £14.50 per hour PAYE - 6 Months - Broughton, Flintshire - SINGLE STAGE PROCESS

Yolk Recruitment is recruiting for a Payroll Advisor to work on a 6-month contract in Broughton for a client specializing in the engineering sector.

Responsibilities:
Process Payroll related transactions from internal stakeholders:
  • Detached Duty, Standby, On Call
  • One-time payment submissions
  • Working Party Subsistence
  • P45 / New Starter Declarations
  • Settlement Agreements
  • Court Orders
Process Time related transactions from internal stakeholders:
  • Overtime
  • Shift Changes
  • Sickness
  • Phased Return To Work
  • Time Savings Accounts, Salary Offset
Process HR Administration activities:
  • Complete transactions related to HR activities, such as references and solicitor’s letters
  • Provide first-level support on the flexible benefits platform
  • Maintain e-pay tool and handle stakeholder queries
  • Produce documents via mail merge for internal communications
  • Manage relationships with external e-payslip providers
  • E-mail archiving and process improvements
  • Support other HR administration requests as needed
