Yolk Recruitment is recruiting for a Payroll Advisor to work on a 6-month contract in Broughton for a client specializing in the engineering sector.
Responsibilities:
Process Payroll related transactions from internal stakeholders:
- Detached Duty, Standby, On Call
- One-time payment submissions
- Working Party Subsistence
- P45 / New Starter Declarations
- Settlement Agreements
- Court Orders
Process Time related transactions from internal stakeholders:
- Overtime
- Shift Changes
- Sickness
- Phased Return To Work
- Time Savings Accounts, Salary Offset
Process HR Administration activities:
- Complete transactions related to HR activities, such as references and solicitor’s letters
- Provide first-level support on the flexible benefits platform
- Maintain e-pay tool and handle stakeholder queries
- Produce documents via mail merge for internal communications
- Manage relationships with external e-payslip providers
- E-mail archiving and process improvements
- Support other HR administration requests as needed
