What you'll do:

As a Payroll Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes for employees across the UK. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing end-to-end payroll cycles, addressing queries from staff members with empathy and professionalism, and collaborating with various internal teams such as HR and Time and Attendance. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations while preparing accurate reports for management. • Process weekly and monthly payrolls for UK-based employees with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all payments are made on time.
• Manage payroll-related queries from employees and resolve any discrepancies promptly while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with current payroll tax requirements and relevant laws, particularly those relating to Ireland and HMRC regulations.
• Collaborate closely with the Time and Attendance team in the UK to guarantee timely submission of accurate information required for payroll processing.
• Work in partnership with local HR teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any payroll issues or concerns.
• Contribute positively to overall team goals by supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge as needed to achieve collective results.
• Prepare, review, and submit detailed reports as required by management or regulatory bodies, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Maintain up-to-date records in line with data protection policies, ensuring sensitive information is handled responsibly.

To excel as a Payroll Advisor, you will bring proven experience managing payroll processes within a large organisation using SAP Payroll or similar systems.
