The Payroll Administrator will play an essential role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing within the Accounting & Finance department. This temporary opportunity is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting the wider business.Client DetailsThis opportunity is within a respected organisation headquartered in Poole. The organisation is small-sized and dedicated to making a meaningful impact in its field.DescriptionProcess payroll accurately and in line with established timelines.Maintain and update payroll records with precision.Processing payroll changes such as leavers, new starters, maternity and paternity payments.Respond promptly to payroll-related queries from staff.Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements and regulations.Assist in resolving discrepancies or errors in payroll data.Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to support reporting needs.Ensure confidentiality of payroll information at all times.Support the team with ad-hoc payroll-related tasks as required.ProfileAs the successful Payroll Administrator should have:Experience in payroll processing within a professional setting.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Confidence in handling sensitive information with discretion.The ability to work collaboratively within the Accounting & Finance team.Job OfferThe chance to work in a varied administrative position within a respected organisation
