JOB TITLE: Payroll Administrator - Part Time
SALARY: Up to £30,000
HOURS: Part Time - Permanent - Flexible days & Hours
STRUCTURE: Office Based
LOCATION: Kent

A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Payroll Administrator to join a leading firm on a part-time basis.

This position is perfect for a detail-driven, organized professional with exceptional time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse client base across multiple industries.
  2. Accurately input and maintain payroll records in compliance with RTI regulations.
  3. Address client payroll queries regarding benefits, expenses, and deductions.
  4. Process BACS payments, auto-enrolment, and statutory deductions (e.g., student loans, maternity pay).
  5. Prepare and issue P45s, P60s, and payroll journals while ensuring HMRC compliance.
  6. Act as the main point of contact for all payroll-related matters.

Skills required:
  1. Previous experience in payroll administration with exposure to client payrolls.
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
  3. Excellent communication skills for client interaction via phone, email, and video calls.
