Portfolio Group is recruiting a Payroll Administrator for its Manchester office. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for a portfolio of SME clients using our payroll software, working full-time in-office with a supportive team.

The role focuses on end-to-end payroll, adherence to UK legislation and client service, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic, expanding payroll division.

Qualifications

• You take pride in getting payroll right, with attention to detail.
• Solid end-to-end payroll experience and knowledge of UK legislation.
• Ability to explain gross to net calculations and resolve data queries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate payroll processing for your client portfolio.
• Follow Payroll Processing Checklist to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage auto enrolment and pensions administration for clients.
• Explain payroll changes to clients with confidence.
• Collaborate in an office-based team environment to share knowledge.
