Position: Payroll Administrator
Location: Gravesend
Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent)
Salary: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm & Friday (Early Finish) 9.00am - 4.00pm


About the Role:
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be the backbone of payroll processing and ensuring everything runs like clockwork! If you have experience in payroll processing and are available to start immediately, we want to hear from you!


Key Duties Include:

  1. Efficiently managing both weekly and monthly payroll processing
  2. Addressing payroll queries via phone and email with professionalism
  3. Liaising with HMRC to manage necessary changes seamlessly
  4. Preparing monthly payroll reports for management review
  5. Assisting with ad hoc branch administration tasks

Who Are We Looking For?
We're searching for a team player with a positive attitude to support a small, close-knit team. Knowledge of SSP, SMP, PAYE, NI, and Pension auto-enrolment would be advantageous, but don't worry if you're still getting up to speed - a willingness to learn is just as important!
