PA Consulting is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage the monthly UK payroll using our in-house software, alongside two colleagues. The role demands accuracy, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving to ensure employees are paid on time.
The position supports a hybrid working pattern with two in-office days per week, typically Wednesday, and opportunities to engage with broader payroll policies and processes. Experience with Dayforce is advantageous.

Our payroll team is looking for an exceptional payroll administrator. You'll be responsible for the monthly UK payroll which is managed using our in house software alongside two other payroll administrators making sure that our employees are paid on time.
You will be part of a team and play a central role in our organisation so it is important to be a team player - collaboration is key!
Part of the role will be making sure queries are answered and there is plenty of variety, no two days are the same.
About You:
Please be aware that some of our UK roles at PA Consulting require a UK security clearance.
All PA people are required to undergo background checks and to achieve the Baseline Personnel Security Standard however, some UK roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting, where applicants must have at least 5 years of continuous residency in the UK.
We therefore ask that you only apply if you meet the residency requirements (i.e. you are a British citizen or have been resident in the UK for the past 5 years), as this is the prerequisite for a security clearance.
