Key Responsibilities:

1. Administer end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple locations.
2. Extract and analyse payroll data from various sources to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Generate reports and perform data reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action.
4. Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll data is accurate and processed in a timely manner.
5. Use advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to manipulate and analyse large data sets effectively.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in payroll practices.

Skills & Experience:

1. Strong proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis, formula creation, and reporting.
2. Previous experience in payroll administration.
3. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
6. Knowledge of payroll software and experience extracting and analysing payroll data.
