Payroll Administrator – Prestwick

Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for your next opportunity in a dynamic and supportive environment? We're seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Prestwick, where you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our workforce.



Key Details:

  • Location: Prestwick, Scotland
  • Salary: 31,000 per annum
  • Contract Type: Inside IR35
  • Start Date: ASAP


Role Responsibilities:

  • Process end–to–end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current legislation.
  • Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Liaise with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Handle queries related to pay, deductions, and statutory payments.
  • Support audits and reporting requirements.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in payroll administration.
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
