Key Responsibilities
  • Process monthly payroll accurately, meeting all deadlines and compliance requirements.
  • Manage data for starters, leavers, overtime, expenses, and bonuses.
  • Oversee pensions and benefits administration, including auto-enrolment and provider updates.
  • Maintain payroll records, prepare reports, and liaise with HMRC.
  • Act as the first point of contact for payroll queries, providing clear and timely support.
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 1 year\u2019s payroll experience, ideally in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory payments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail with numbers.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and confidentiality skills.
  • Experience with payroll software (iTrent, Sage, or similar) desirable.
