Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Stafford
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage payroll for a variety of local businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll weekly, fortnightly, and monthly
  • Handle HMRC payments and administration
  • Assist with holiday pay, SSP, and SMP
  • Reconcile year-end payroll accounts
  • Ensure compliance with pay rates
  • Manage auto enrolment and pension processes
  • Issue payslips via our online portal

Requirements:

  • Experience in payroll management
  • Knowledge of SAGE payroll software (preferred)
  • Understanding of GDPR and Anti-Money Laundering regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
