Job description

Note: This is a 6 Month FTC

Your role as Payroll Administrator
  • Data input of employee information into GKi
  • Validating data entered onto GKi by employees and managers
  • Processing payroll and checking calculations of statutory payments and deductions
  • Processing of absence and calculation of sick/maternity/paternity/shared parental/adoption payments
  • Assist with any ad hoc project work as required
What you’ll bring…
  • Good numeric and literacy skills, GCSE Maths and English (9-6 or A*-B) are essential; further education is desirable
  • Good level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Excel
  • 1-year high volume payroll experience (desirable but not essential)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven team player with high levels of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Organised, methodical, self-motivated, and committed to providing quality service
  • Ability to react positively to sudden and unexpected changes in demand; a "can do" attitude
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
