Our Client, a leading name in the utilities sector, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join their team in Plymouth. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in payroll administration!

Summary:
  • Duration: 6 months - potential to be extended
  • Location: Plymouth
  • Pay Rate: £16.90 per hour
  • Hours: 37 hours per week - all onsite
Duties Include:
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support the payroll team in various administrative tasks.
  • Process mileage and expense claims.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
