Payroll Administrator

Location: Gravesend

Salary: 14.00 - 16.00 phr

Working Hours: Fully office based - Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm

Our client based in Gravesend is working with us exclusively to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a Full Time basis, initially as a Temp with potential for the position to become Permanent for the right person.

Key Duties:

  1. Weekly and monthly payroll processing
  2. Managing payroll queries by phone and email
  3. Liaising with HMRC to manage changes
  4. Monthly payroll reporting for management
  5. Adhoc branch administration

Knowledge of SSP, SMP, PAYE, NI, and Pension auto enrolment would be an advantage.

If you are available immediately and have knowledge of payroll processing, we would love to hear from you. The client has a small team of 6 and is looking for someone who is a team player with a positive attitude who is keen to get stuck in.

If you were to become Permanent with the client, they are happy to support additional financial studies.
