Qualifications

Payroll Administrator

Job Purpose
You will provide audit and control of all payroll data applied to the payroll system, complying with company policies, KPIs, and statutory regulations. You will also provide accurate reconciled monthly financial reporting data for employee salary costs to our businesses.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Implement daily reconciliation and audit of the payroll bank account.
  2. Support payroll processing & keying data.
  3. Act as the main contact person covering employee costs and business charges via payroll.
  4. Provide P11D (taxable benefits) reporting, including reconciliation and subsequent payment of the Class 1A NIC liabilities.
  5. Input third party payments for approval via the bank account.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver process & service improvements.
  7. Answer employee queries using Service Now (Case management system).

Job Requirements

  1. Proven experience in a similar role.
  2. Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
  3. Familiarity with payroll software (preferably SD Worx), Success Factors, MS Office (especially Excel) and Case management systems.
  4. Highly numerate.
