Are you highly organised, confident with Microsoft Office, and ready to take your first or next step into a career in payroll? We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Payroll Administrator to join our growing accountancy firm. No payroll experience? No problem - full training will be provided!

About the Role

You'll be joining a supportive and friendly team where you'll be responsible for helping process payrolls for a range of clients - from small businesses to larger companies. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced payroll professionals, with the chance to grow your skills in a thriving accountancy environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the processing of weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Inputting and maintaining payroll data accurately
  • Communicating with clients regarding payroll queries
  • Ensuring compliance with current payroll legislation
  • Supporting the wider payroll and admin team as needed
What We\'re Looking For

We\'re open to applications from:

  • Experienced payroll administrators looking for a new challenge, OR
  • Administrators or graduates with excellent Microsoft Excel and Office skills, keen to learn and develop within payroll
