The role involves managing the payroll for approximately 10,000 employees with flexibility in working arrangements. PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - BASED IN LUTON - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - 32,000- 35,000 (PRO RATA)
Our client, a well-known company in Luton, is looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is ideally based in the office full-time, but flexible working arrangements are also considered.
You will join a large payroll team of 12 responsible for the company's payroll, covering approximately 10,000 employees. The payroll is managed in-house from start to finish, including benefits and pension administration.
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate previous experience in processing a busy payroll from start to finish. A good understanding of UK PAYE legislation and the ability to calculate deductions such as overpayments, maternity, sickness payments, tax, and National Insurance is essential.
