Macmillan Davies are partnering with a leading transport business on an urgent Payroll Administrator role in London for 6 weeks. It is imperative that you have iTrent experience and can start immediately.

The contract will run until May 24th with a chance of extension.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join the HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll using the iTrent system. You will ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and internal policies while delivering excellent support to employees regarding payroll queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule using the iTrent system
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within iTrent
  • Handle statutory deductions (e.g., PAYE, NI, pensions) and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations
  • Respond to employee payroll-related queries in a professional and timely manner

This role requires someone in the office 3 days per week in Central London.
