Falkirk Council is seeking a part-time payroll administrator to join the payroll team. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll duties within a hybrid working environment. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of payroll rules, communication skills, and experience in a payroll setting.
Location: The Foundry 4 Central Park Larbert, FK5 4RU
Salary: £27,510 - £29,555 per year pro rata
Contract Type: Permanent
Position Type: Part Time
Hours: 18.5 hours per week

Could you be our next payroll administrator within our payroll team? We are looking for a new team member to help us pay our employees accurately on time, every time.
In this role you will work within a team providing a full range of payroll duties. The main duties will be the processing of pay notifications by inputting to the Council’s Payroll and HR system (ResourceLink) accurately whilst achieving payroll deadlines. The role will include processing wages, salaries and expenses in accordance with statutory requirements and conditions of service while ensuring all rules are applied correctly and in a uniform manner. The post-holder will have regular contact with employees and their managers.
