JOB TITLE: Payroll Administrator
SALARY: Up to GBP30,000
STRUCTURE: Office Based
LOCATION: Kent

JGA are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join a leading firm in Kent within a Client / Bureau Setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-cycle payroll processing for a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of payroll records in line with RTI requirements.
  • Respond to client inquiries related to benefits, expenses, and payroll deductions.
  • Handle BACS submissions, auto-enrolment duties, and statutory payments including student loans and maternity pay.
  • Generate and distribute P45s, P60s, and payroll journals, ensuring compliance with HMRC guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all payroll-related queries and support.

Skills required:

  • Proven experience in payroll administration, including working with multiple client payrolls.
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, experienced in engaging with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing.
