You'll be instrumental in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction for all stakeholders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on precision, this is your opportunity to shine.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Execute with Precision: Master all payroll processes according to defined SOPs, ensuring impeccable compliance and accuracy.
  • Deliver Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Data Integrity: Accurately collate, verify, and process employee information into our Dayforce payroll system.
  • HMRC Compliance: Calculate pay period changes, meticulously aligning with HMRC guidelines and contractual obligations.
  • Quality Control: Rigorously check all payroll data for accuracy and completeness, including T&A system information, guaranteeing employees are paid correctly and on time.
  • First Point of Contact: Efficiently and professionally resolve payroll-related queries within agreed timeframes, serving as the go-to expert.
  • Stakeholder Support: Provide clear guidance and support to internal stakeholders on payroll and HR system usage.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence within payroll processes.
  • Benefit Administration: Support the seamless administration of employee benefits.

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a high-volume payroll environment, with an unwavering commitment to detail and accuracy.
  • Statutory Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of statutory payments and deductions, including maternity, paternity, and other leave entitlements.
  • Legislative Acumen: A solid understanding of payroll legislation, various pension schemes, and HMRC regulations.
  • Tech Savvy: Confidence across all Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Resilience: The ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
