Job description

OB TITLE: Payroll Administrator

HOURS: Full Time - Permanent
STRUCTURE: Office based until probation - 3 days office after
LOCATION: Leicester

JGA are partnered with an accountancy firm in Leicester, who are expanding their payroll team!

Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  2. Handle client data and prepare reports.
  3. Liaise on payroll and related queries.
  4. Process payroll for various clients.
  5. Maintain accurate and concise record systems.
  6. Provide administrative support.
  7. Address ad hoc queries.
Experience:
  1. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  2. Proficient in end-to-end payroll processing.
  3. Experience handling multiple payrolls simultaneously.
  4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  5. Excellent communication, soft skills, and customer service abilities.
  6. Positive attitude with a proactive approach.
  7. Flexible, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  8. Resilient, collaborative, and able to work effectively within a team.
