Job description
Title: Payroll Administrator
Salary: GBP24,500 p/a
Location: Cumbria
Contract: Permanent
JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add a Payroll Administrator to its team.
Responsibilities include:
- Day to Day Payroll Processing
- Calculate and input SSP, SMP and SPP
- Maintain up to date absence record cards
- Run monthly reports to ensure pay rates are updated in line with NMW
- Complete all payroll input in line with agreed timetable
- Process pay runs in line with the agreed timetable
- Process BACS Recalls
- Process all monthly reports and ensure they are available to payroll team
- File all statutory reports with HMRC
- Respond to queries ensuring that all queries are satisfactorily resolved
- Assist with training of new staff as required
- Assist the Payroll Manager with other ad hoc duties as required
