Job description

SF Recruitment have been exclusively engaged to recruit for a Payroll Administrator for a global business in Burton upon Trent, on a permanent full time basis. The role is predominantly office based, working Monday to Friday with a total working week of 40 hours. Once settled and trained, you will then be able to work one day from home. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be solely responsible for end to end processing for monthly payroll.

Duties include:

-End to end processing for both salaried and hourly rate employees, approx. 200 heads
-Calculating overtime and allowance adjustments, and amending accordingly
-Prepare and distribute employee payslips, P45s, and other statutory payroll documents.
-Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees, addressing concerns and providing accurate information.
-Coordinate year-end payroll processes, including the production of annual P60s and P11D forms.
-Handling cost sheets for hire equipment.
