PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - BASED IN BEDFORD - 12 MONTH CONTRACT - 15.00- 18.00 PER HOUR

Our client, a well-known company in Bedford, is looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator on a 12-month contract basis. The role is ideally based in the office full-time, but the client is also open to considering flexible working arrangements. This position could potentially become permanent, although this is not guaranteed.

You will join a large payroll team of 7 responsible for managing the company's payroll for approximately 6,000 employees. The payroll is managed in-house from start to finish, including benefits and pension administration.

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate previous experience processing a busy payroll, ideally from start to finish. You should have a good understanding of UK PAYE legislation and how to calculate deductions such as overpayments, maternity, sickness payments, tax, and National Insurance.
