Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. Qualifications

  • Prior experience in payroll processing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the weekly payroll process.
  • Assist with processing the monthly payroll as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations for payroll and pension procedures.
  • Administer and maintain holiday and leave records.
  • Compile payroll-related reports, including end-of-year summaries.
  • Respond to and resolve payroll queries.

TEXO Recruitment are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our external client based in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.

  • Provide cover for the Payroll Manager when required.
  • Compile payroll-related reports, including end-of-year summaries.
  • Communicate and coordinate with HMRC as necessary.
  • Support both internal and external audit processes.
  • Advise the HR department on payroll-related matters.
  • Collaborate closely with operational management on payroll issues.
  • Respond to and resolve payroll queries.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by senior management.
