Job summary

Qualifications

• English & Maths GCSE at Grade 4/C or above (or an equivalent level of Literacy and Numeracy skills).
• GCSE Maths and English at minimum required; demonstrates basic numeracy and literacy.
• Experience prioritising own work and organising tasks.
• Experience of working in finance or payroll is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handling employee telephone and email queries with confidence and professionalism
• Setting up new starters and inputting data accurately
• Supporting day-to-day payroll processing and calculations
• Managing post, filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks that keep the service running smoothly
