About Us:

As a small but expanding organization, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our financial operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with basic payroll processing.
  • Maintain purchase and sales ledger records (basic).
  • Perform data input and financial record-keeping.
  • Handle cash transactions and reconciliation.
  • Use Sage accounting software (experience required).
  • Prepare reports using Excel & Word.
  • Manage telephone enquiries professionally.
  • Support with general accounting and office administration duties.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits.

About You:
  • Experience in an accounts assistant or similar role.
  • Proficient in Sage, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong telephone and communication skills.
  • Highly trustworthy and detail-oriented.
  • Able to handle cash transactions confidently.
  • Comfortable working in a small but growing company.
