Overview

Rutherford Cross is delighted to be supporting a global business in the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant to join its UK&I regional finance team. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with payroll processing and liaise with external payroll providers
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage intercompany recharge invoices
  • Support month-end close activities and fixed asset management
  • Prepare month-end reconciliations and assist with year-end audit processes
  • Maintain finance mailboxes and contribute to intermediary reporting
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in payroll and general accounting (e.g. fixed assets, general ledger)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage your own workload
  • A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and proficient in Excel
