The JD STAR Program, launched by JD.com in 2015, is an annual recruitment initiative targeting fresh graduates from top universities worldwide. This program aims to nurture talent by placing high-potential graduates in roles that support JD.com's fast growing business and empowering them through extensive training and coaching.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in processing monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Support statutory reporting and compliance with UK tax, social security, and pension regulations.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide clear, timely responses.
  • Maintain and update employee records in global HR and payroll systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other business units to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in payroll projects and process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
