The purpose of this role is to ensure accurate accounting of all salary and related transactions within the group, working closely with Payroll, Finance, and HR teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation and posting of all global Payroll Journals.
  2. Preparation of month-end cost and variance analysis.
  3. Preparation and posting of month-end accruals.
  4. Preparation and posting of monthly headcount Journals.
  5. Reconciliation and substantiation of balances on all compensation-related Balance sheet accounts.
  6. Preparation of salary cost reports for regulatory compliance and departmental requests.
  7. Annual reconciliation and true-up of PSA, P11D, and other accruals.
  8. Monthly reconciliation of payroll bank accounts.
  9. Daily clearing of outstanding bank entries.
  10. Monthly FX Journals and Hedging info for Treasury.
  11. Liaison with external auditors regarding salary and related costs.
  12. Review and challenge quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
  13. Assist in Payroll Transformation projects.
