About the team
Our Payouts organization spans Product, Strategy, Commercialization, and Sales. As a Sales Specialist, you'll collaborate across departments and geographies, working closely with commercial leads to drive adoption and scale growth.
What you'll do
Payouts represent a global revenue opportunity projected to exceed $1 trillion by 2026, with expected growth at a high single-digit rate annually over the next five years. Several powerful and sustained market forces-such as the expansion of cross-border eCommerce, the continued dominance of platform-based business models, changes in workforce structures, and rising customer expectations-are set to fuel ongoing and significant growth in this space.
We are seeking experienced professionals with global Payouts expertise to promote and sell our established suite of Payout solutions: Push to Account, Push to Card, and Push to Wallet. These offerings are available to our existing customer base of approximately 1 million clients worldwide. In the role of Payout Sales Specialist, you will apply your subject matter expertise to help accelerate the sales and adoption of our products, while identifying fresh opportunities to expand our market reach and drive continued growth.
In partnership with the Payouts Commercialization and Strategy teams, you will collaborate closely with Sales colleagues across the organization. You will act as a strategic sales leader for Payouts, helping identify potential clients and use cases. You'll also cultivate leads from referrals and initiate your own outreach efforts to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
