Job description

DESCRIPTION

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Reporting to the Payments Support Lead, you will be responsible for assisting customers with payment-related inquiries, issues, and transactions. You will ensure that payment processes are smooth, accurate, and in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling and resolving payments-related customer queries via escalations;
  • Processing customer withdrawals;
  • Analyzing and verifying KYC & AML documentation in accordance with internal policies and procedures;
  • Monitoring and escalating any suspicious and/or fraudulent activity identified through daily risk checks;
  • Reviewing customer activity and reporting to team leaders, as required;
  • Processing high SLA brands;
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of all customer data.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A university degree or similar qualification;
  • Be well versed in the use of English, both verbal and written;
  • Have minimum 12 month work experience in a KYC, Payments, and/or Risk related role;
  • Possess expert MS Office or Google Suite knowledge;
  • Have good knowledge of AML & KYC directives;
  • Knowledge of sportsbooks, poker and casino will be considered an asset;
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotating shift roster.

SKILLS

  • Strong self-awareness of one's own strengths and capabilities;
  • Strong knowledge of Office Suite and Google Workspace;
  • Excellent customer focus;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
