Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Solutions Analyst III within Payments Technology - UAT to lead E2E/UAT test activities in a cross-functional project environment. You will supervise test delivery, estimate efforts, and drive automation opportunities using Cucumber/Gherkin and Python.

You will partner with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to enable delivery outcomes and manage risks, ensuring readiness for releases in a complex payments landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance of automated test frameworks using Cucumber/Gherkin and Python.
• End-to-end testing lifecycle knowledge from requirements through execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day E2E/UAT test team delivery, including supervision and issue resolution.
• Provide accurate test effort estimates and status reporting in daily Scrum ceremonies.
• Plan and manage testing requirements aligned to the E2E test strategy (data, environments, defect management, automation).
• Facilitate daily Scrum calls and deputize for the Program Test Manager in fortnightly Delivery Working Group meetings.
• Monitor, report, and manage defects through triage, re-test, closure, and readiness validation.
